Thirteen years ago, Harry walked away from a secure career as an NHS nurse, to follow his dream and passion for cooking by opening a small stall at Greenwich Market.

He started this venture by selling ramen burgers, which was an instant success. What began as a small stand quickly became a genuine favourite with the locals, and it was that loyalty that let Harry grow the business from a single small pitch into something bigger.

When he felt that after twelve years the ramen burger had run its course, Harry took the decision to rebrand and reinvent his products. He poured his fascination with fusion, his love of Korean food, his own Filipino heritage, and everything he'd picked up about food along the way into something entirely new: Sando, his own take on the Korean street toast popularised in Seoul.

Today, Harry is proud to be one of the only food stalls in London to make truly original, authentic Korean toast.

What started as one small stall has grown into much more, and it's mainly thanks to all the loyal customers who have come along with him and supported him on his food journey. This allows Harry to continue to invent, innovate and offer new and exciting food creations that both satisfy his passion for cooking and the people who try them!
